Q: How long do items take to ship?

A: Most items will ship through USPS or FEDEX. Most items will be shipped from our facility within 72 hours. Some items are not made until ordered and/or have unique shipping policies - this will be noted on the product description. 

 

Q: Where is the Rusty Moose Lodge Décor physical store located?

A: Our store is located at 1722 S. Sieger Dr, Springfield MO, 65804

 

Q: If I want to return an item, do I ship it back to the store?

A: Yes, however, contact us before you ship any returns back to us, we will provide you with a RMA#. We will not process any returns without a RMA#. Ship returns to:  1722 S. Sieger Dr, Springfield MO, 65804

 

Q: The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

A: We try to keep items in stock, however some items come to us in limited quantities. Check back, or send us a message here if you have a question about a specific item. 

 

Q: I saw an item in your store, but it's not on your website, how come?

A: Some of our larger pieces of furniture are both expensive and difficult to ship. At this time, we are unable to sell these items online. However, if you send us a message via our Contact page, we may be able to set up delivery depending on location. Additionally, if there are any items that you think should be added to the online store, let us know and we will work on getting them added. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy is located here,  *typically 14 days after delivery.
